1. Scope
This policy applies to the ToolNest website and the tools published on it. It does not apply to third-party websites you choose to visit from an external link.
2. Information currently collected
The current website does not provide accounts, subscriptions, payments, contact forms, or analytics. ToolNest application code does not currently ask you to submit personal information to a server.
A hosting provider may process standard technical request data, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp, to deliver and secure the site. ToolNest uses Cloudflare Pages for production hosting; Cloudflare processes this technical data under its own privacy and security terms.
3. Local browser storage
When you choose Save Draft in Proposal Builder, the draft is stored in this browser on this device. It is not uploaded to a ToolNest account or application server. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, or changing devices may remove or make that draft unavailable.
4. Cookies and analytics
ToolNest does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If a privacy-respecting analytics service is introduced later, this policy will be updated before that service is enabled.
5. Third-party services
This site does not currently embed third-party advertising, social widgets, or remote web fonts. Cloudflare Pages provides static hosting and network delivery. Future error-monitoring or other embedded services, if any, will be documented here before use.
6. Data retention and deletion
ToolNest currently has no application database containing user accounts or proposal records. Browser-stored draft data can be removed with the Reset control in Proposal Builder or by clearing site data in your browser.
7. Children’s privacy
ToolNest is a general productivity website and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the current website.
8. Changes to this policy
This page will be revised when ToolNest adds data-processing features or changes service providers. The “Last updated” date will change with any material revision.
